Tetra Pak® Machine Operators & Production Supervision
Tetra Pak filling line operators
Pioneering in our trade, UGM is pleased to introduce its operator service to Tetra Pak® machine owners. In times of staff shortage, for instance during peak production times, plant expansions or other transition periods, UGM is able to allocate experienced Tetra Pak® machine operators for short to long-term missions. Our Tetra Pak® machine operators will assure that high quality products are manufactured in your plant, always ensuring the highest quality standards set by your company. All our machine operators have years of hands on experience running Tetra Pak® aseptic processing and filling machinery. While ensuring that your Tetra Pak® process and filling equipment is started, operated and maintained within the specified standards and filled products meet all parameters, our experts shall also monitor and enhance production processes and line operations. Sanitizing and cleaning equipment, performing inspections and light preventative maintenance activities on your equipment shall be part of their assignment.
If desired, we can also dispatch our multipurpose specialist team. Besides being able to operate your Tetra Pak® filling lines these experts are Tetra Pak® machine technicians and electronic specialists. They are able to implement routine services, execute repairs and carry out full maintenance works of your Tetra Pak® machines before or after the actual production mission.
All our staff maintain a positive attitude, work cooperatively and communicate with team advisor and co-workers while strictly adhering to factory code of conducts and safety rules.
UGM machine operators are familiar with most Tetra Pak® filling machine systems, namely TBA3, TBA8, TBA9, TBA19, TBA21, TBA22, A3, A3/Flex, TCA A1, Tetra Rex® and related downstream equipment.
Currently we have Tetra Pak® machine operation teams based in Germany, Serbia, Spain, Mexico, Nigeria and the U.A.E. with team members speaking German, English, Spanish, Serbian, Croatian, Russian, Urdu and Punjabi.
