UGM installs, commissions and starts up your used machines
UGM’s specialized field service technician teams are available worldwide for installation and commissioning of aseptic Tetra Pak® filling lines and single machines. We assure a trouble free, safe and high quality mission execution.
By working hand-in-hand with your factory staff and local contractors we will make sure the installation phase is effectively handled and finalized rapidly. Our focus is always aimed at on-time transitions to the commissioning phase.
We install, commission and start-up your Tetra Pak® filling equipment and complete filling systems at your premises, incorporating all mechanical and electrical systems up to the point it is ready for production. Our field service staff assumes complete responsibility for the installation without interfering with your core areas of activity.
UGM mechanical and electronic technicians are trained on all current and older Tetra Pak® filling equipment. Aseptic filling machine models TBA3, TBA8, TBA9, TBA19, TBA21, TBA22, A3, A3/Flex are daily business for our international field service teams.
On demand we can also dispatch our process field service team. Missions comprise installation and commissioning of homogenizers, UHT plants, juice pasteurization units, CIP systems and sterile tanks.
Our staff has thorough know-how of following Tetra Pak® process equipment: Tetra Therm Aseptic Flex, Tetra Spiraflo®, Tetra Alex®, Tetra VTIS®, Tetra ALCIP®, Tetra ALSAFE®.
Please be informed that we do also accept installation and commissioning missions for machinery which was not purchased from our company.
Besides Tetra Pak® we are experienced to work on machinery and equipment made by APV® /SPX®, GEA, Stork, Rossi&Catelli and Asepto.
